Team Dimension Data was founded in 2007 and was licensed by WorldTour in 2016 to become the first African team to participate in the World Tour. The new Dimension Data cycling kit continues to maintain its previous white, green and black color scheme. But the design of the jersey has changed. The Dimension Data cycling kit 2018 first took off the prominent black part of the jersey and replaced it with a white upper panel covering the body, shoulders and arms. The white part has most of the names of South African sponsors, including the bicycle manufacturer Cervélo. Below it is a unique green part. There is a five-finger Qhubeka charity sign in the middle.
